Book related post:

I've finally read Pride and Prejudice. Yes, that's right...FINALLY. Dunno what came over me and compelled me to read it, but I did anyway. It was nice to be able to finally meet Mr.Darcy after hearing so much about him from a certain cousin.

It was a good read, cause it's been ages since I've read a decent story book. In my opinion though, the story is somewhat superficial. I mean, please, there's so much more to romance than just intelligent words and 'fine eyes'. But then again, it was romance nearly 200 years ago.

Anime related post:

I'm a few years late, but I finally finished Samurai Champloo. I have no idea what spurred me to d/l it and watch either.

All I can say is, Samurai Champloo was full of junk. Not garbage junk, but a funky sort of junk. It had comedy, style, nonsense, and a dash of angst. After certain episodes, I thought it was rather pointless. But I still continued it anyway. Probably because I found it refreshing. And I actually liked it.

Also, to my dismay, Nodame Cantabile: Paris Hen has come to an end, after a mere 11 episodes.

And you thought the first season was sweet.

WTFIISNOTSATISFIEDIWANTMOARRRRR.

Damn.

Bishie of the Moment:

Rukawa Kaede of Slam Dunk

Memories of my youth! Found this in my collection of pictures as I was clearing things up. My first love. ♥♥♥

I liked Samurai Champloo too. =) It was rather pointless, but yeah it was fun. What i liked most about it is most probably it's funkyness. Loved the music and the style it brought. ;D

Zomgwth!!? Nodame ended already? Say what!??? I was'nt even aware that it only had 11 episodes. D:

Watched that episode with the kiss scene and aww that was so cute. The scene was done exactly like in the manga. <3 I suppose i'll just have to continue off with the manga again. =O

Ah and your bishie of the moment is my first love too! <3 Lol. xD I've just recently watched the OVAs and went all fangirly over Rukawa all over again. xDD
